With over 60 combined years of experience managing, operating and investing in commercial real estate, MGMT-ETC has the knowledge and expertise to navigate the everchanging tides of the real estate market.

Maurice Khawam has spent the last 25 years of his career in Private Equity positions. He founded NTF Real in 2002. Prior to this, he was director of investments with Apax Partners after tenures with Oracle Corp. and ETF Private Equity. Maurice is the Chairman and CEO of NTF Group , a private equity principal driven group with an emphasis on real estate and renewable energies. He is a frequent speaker on Investment roundtables and the founder of the IE-Club, a cross-Atlantic think tank on innovation and entrepreneurship. He graduated in 1989 from MIT with a double major in Engineering and Management.
Joel Irving has spent the last 30 years in the real estate business handling acquisitions, management, leasing, development, and disposition and joined NTF in 2005. He holds a real estate brokerage license with a focus on commercial real estate. Following his undergraduate degree from New England College in 1986 he completed his MBA degree from New Hampshire College. Having spent his entire career in the real estate field he has a strong expertise in the income driven commercial-grade properties with investment, management and divestment experience. His management and development strengths enables our partners the opportunity for value added in their real estate investments. He has developed a Solar PV expertise through select projects realized by NTF in New England.
Christine Davies has a varied 25-year career utilizing her degree in business management. She started her career in finance, and later moved into the investments field. Before starting with NTF in 2018, she gained experience in real estate appraisals and commercial insurance. Her extensive background in these fields prepared her with the necessary knowledge to successfully aid in NTF Real’s growth and development.
Martín Encinas joined MGMT-ETC, Corp. in February 2021. Martín has 9+ years of commercial real estate industry experience through a variety of roles. He started his career with CBRE in Tucson, Arizona where he transitioned from a Research Analyst, to Capital Markets Sales Analyst and then Private Capital Multifamily Broker. Over the course of his career at CBRE, Martín was involved in over $500 million of commercial real estate investment property acquisitions and dispositions and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona. Martín received his Bachelor’s degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona.
Logan Long joined MGMT – ETC, Corp in October 2021. Logan has 4+ years of financial analysis experience focusing on financial reporting and investment analysis prior to joining MGMT-ETC. Logan completed his undergraduate degree in finance from Anderson University in 2020 and completed his Masters of Science in Finance degree from DePaul University in 2021.
