The Worcester VA Hospital building consisted of 26,500 SF of medical office space, leased to the Veteran Affairs, a general administration division of the United States Federal Government. Upon selling we utilized the 1031 taxa deferred exchange program to roll the proceeds into new assets. This entity survives today with ownership in seven assets under management.
