The Cramer Marketplace was a 58,000 SF grocery-anchored retail center in the suburbs of Charlotte, NC. The property was acquired at an attractive price-point. After Food Lion’s lease renewal, the property generated extreme interest from investors and ownership capitalized on the opportunistic price. Upon selling we utilized the 1031 taxa deferred exchange program to roll the proceeds into new assets.
